Protective film warranty
Protective film installed by Time Tech is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of installation shown on your invoice. Your invoice is your warranty record; keep it.
What the warranty covers. Defects in the film or its installation that appear within 12 months, including lifting, peeling, bubbling and yellowing. A covered defect is put right by re-installing the film at no charge.
What the warranty does not cover. Damage from impact, cuts, chemicals or heat; removal or re-installation by anyone other than Time Tech; and marks on the watch itself that were present before installation and recorded at assessment.
How to claim. Message us on WhatsApp at +965 550 51600 with your invoice number and a photo, or bring the watch to Shiekha Tower during opening hours.
Terms of service
Assessment and condition record. Every watch is examined with you and its condition recorded before work begins. The record is the reference for the watch's condition at handover.
Buffing. Buffing removes surface scratches. It is not polishing, and deep scratches or dents that would need polishing to remove are not treated. We say so at assessment.
Collection and payment. Collection date, payment terms and what happens to a watch not collected within an agreed period.
Care of your watch. How the watch is kept while with us, and the limits of liability.
